In 2024 Lucy Hick was the acting Great Lakes Manager for NOAA's Office of Coast Survey. In this role, she worked with pilots, mariners, port authorities, and recreational boaters to provide resources and services that promote safe and efficient navigation. Lucy was also the chief of the Coast Survey's Customer Affairs Branch. Lucy has over 20 years of experience in NOAA.
