GLCC 2026 Summer Flotilla – Hop On/Hop Off Routes and harbor information
Who hasn’t dreamed of exploring new harbors on Lake Michigan, Huron or Erie or cruising Lake Superior to explore the legendary Apostle Islands or take in the breathtaking beauty of Isle Royale or exploring a new harbor such as Rogers City, Frankfort, Bay Harbor, or visit historic Mackinac Island and/or Sault Ste. Marie. Better yet, join one, or both, of the GLCC rallies planned for those two harbors.
This webinar presents a detailing of the 2026 Summer Flotilla routes, including mileage between the various points, preliminary dates, services available at each stop along with GLCC negotiated slip hold expiration dates and any discounts available.
Daily mileage ranges from 29 to 69 miles, with sailors and power boaters able to modify stops and distances to suit their personal preferences. Club flotillas are designed to allow members to “hop on and hop off” anywhere along the route to suit their schedules while still being able to meet up with fellow GLCC members.
Presenters include Commodore Joe McKeown, Rear Commodores Rob Hillman, Dee McClure and Nelson Stone and Port Captain Mark Wild who will share their experience along with specific information for each harbor.
Attending the live webinar will enable attendees to interact with the presenters with questions relating to the routes or harbors. The webinar will be available as a recording to be viewed later (or again) at your convenience.
The Club will add flotillas departing from additional locations based on interest.
